Frequently asked question
Do you take X-rays?
X-rays may be taken when the exam shows they are needed, not on a routine basis for every patient. Dr. Pamer decides based on your history and findings, and the decision is explained to you.
Imaging is a tool, not a ritual. If the exam points clearly to a situation where imaging adds useful information, the office arranges it; if not, treatment can proceed without it.
Prior imaging from other providers is always welcome, and X-ray findings are discussed with you in plain language.
See what happens at your first visit for how the exam and imaging fit together.
