How to book
Request an appointment online or call (330) 724-9331. When you call, the front desk team, our office manager, Kim, and the rest of the team will find a time that works, check your insurance benefits, and answer any questions before you arrive. Existing patients can also schedule through the Patient Portal.
New patients can start with a free consultation to talk with Dr. Pamer about their concern. Exams, X-rays and treatment are separate services. Call to ask whether the consultation offer applies to you, since some insurance plans, including government programs, have rules about free services.

Consultation and history
You talk with Dr. Pamer about your concern: when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you have tried.

The exam
A movement, strength, and nerve exam, with X-rays when the exam shows they are needed. You will know what each part is for.

The care plan
Findings and recommendations explained in plain language, with costs laid out, before anything begins. You approve the plan.
Insurance, financing and hours
Medicare and many insurance plans are accepted, including Medical Mutual and CareSource plans. Coverage varies by plan. Call (330) 724-9331 and we will help you check your benefits.

Common questions from new patients
Do I need a referral to come in?
A referral is usually not needed to see a chiropractor, but some insurance plans have their own rules. Call (330) 724-9331 and the office will check your plan before your visit.
How long is the first visit?
The first visit is longer than a typical follow-up, often close to an hour, because the consultation, history, and exam all happen that day.
Will I be adjusted on the first visit?
Usually not immediately. The first visit is for evaluation and discussion; if treatment is appropriate, it is explained and approved before it starts.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that lets Dr. Pamer see and test how you move. You may be asked to remove shoes and outer layers during the exam.
Do you take X-rays?
X-rays may be taken when the exam shows they are needed, not on a routine basis for every patient. You will be told why before any imaging is taken.
Can I bring a family member?
Yes. Many patients bring a spouse, parent, or friend to the first visit, and Dr. Pamer is glad to explain things to anyone in the room.
