Frequently asked question
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your medications, and any prior imaging or records you have. That way Dr. Pamer has the complete picture at your first visit.
If you have had X-rays, MRIs, or other records related to your concern, bring them or have them sent ahead. They are genuinely useful, not paperwork for its own sake.
There is no need to bring a referral in most cases; some insurance plans have their own rules, which the office checks when you call.
See the new patient guide for the full first-visit rundown.
